شبهة حول فتوى المرجعية وردها

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
اللهم صل على محمد وال محمد
هناك شبهة يطرحها البعض على الفتوى التي اصدرها سماحة السيد السيستاني دام ظله بخصوص الواجب الكفائي بالدفاع عن الوطن ومقدساته ، حيث يقول صاحب الشبهة : ان هذه الفتوى ستؤدي الى الحرب الطائفية بين الشيعة والسنة ، وستؤدي الى تقسيم البلاد
اقول اجمالا :-
اولا :- ان المرجعية الدينية دائما كانت تخاطب ابناء الشعب العراقي ككل والمتتبع لبياناتها يرى ذلك فهي دائما تخاطب كل طوائف ومكونات الشعب العراقي ولم تقتصر على طائفة معينة ، لا بل ان سماحته دام ظله في احدى خطاباته يقول "السنة انفسنا " وفي بعضها الاخر كان يندد بضرب الكنائس ودور العبادة للطوائف الاخرى ........
ثانيا :- حصلت الكثير من المشاكل في البلاد كانت تمس طائفة معينة واهمها تفجير مرقد العسكريين عليهما السلام في سامراء ، على الرغم من ذلك نرى سماحته دم ظله يأمر بالتهدئة وضبط النفس وعدم الانجرار الى الفتن التي اراد العدو ان يجر ابناء البلد الواحد اليها .
ثالثا :- ان العدو الان لم يمثل مكوننا معيننا كما يدعون بل انه ضرب المقدسات وانتهك الاعراض لكل المكونات فها هو اليوم يريد تدمير الكنائس ودور العبادة للطوائف الاخرى ويأمرهم بدفع الجزية ، ويريد تفجير مرقد النبي يونس ، ويهدد اعراض الناس في الموصل وصلاح الدين والانبار .
رابعا :- ان المرجعية الدينية بعد ان احست بان الخطر يهدد كل البلد بطوائفه ومكوناته اصدرت هذه الفتوى ، كي تحفظ العراق الحبيب ومقدساته بكل طوائفه وقومياته .
